II AELFE International Conference
The
Oporto Institute of Accounting and Administration (ISCAP) was pleased to organise
the II AELFE International Conference, thus giving continuity to the Luso-Spanish
Congresses of Languages Applied to Science and Technology. The aim of the
Conference was to discuss the present role of Languages for Specific and Professional
Purposes in our global era, by challenging and exploring ways of dealing with
new forms of knowledge and information.
We intended to encourage the exchange of experiences amongst the international
scientific and academic community and promote scientific research, namely
in the field of classroom strategies and the preparation of students as future
professionals.
The Executive Committee of the II AELFE International Conference thanks all
interested, as speakers and/or participants.
The Conference took place at Hotel Tuela, from10-12 September, and at ISCAP,
on September 13th 2003.
